We had campers at Covenant Cedars for a month straight this summer starting with first graders and ending with high school students! We even had young adults on staff counseling for a couple weeks! Three of our students participated in the Midwest Conference's Basecamp Youth Leadership Training! They worked hard hiking a 14er with all their gear, dove deep in relationships, and grew in their spiritual journeys. Excited for that opportunity for Maddie, Kate, and Hannah!

Proverbs 4:14-15 Do not enter the path of the wicked,
and do not walk in the way of the evil.
Avoid it; do not go on it;
turn away from it and pass on.

This pattern of passing by (not going down, not having our footprints on that path) can apply to a lot of different aspects of our lives: anger, retaliation, gossip, and hoarding are a few topics Proverbs discusses involving this principle. Seeking to fix our eyes on Jesus. - Pastor Brad
