According to Jesus, “Loving God, and Loving People” is not only the greatest two commandments but it is the fulfillment of them all! What Jesus said was reason enough for us to make this our goal. with Sunday School, 10:30 with the morning worship. Wednesday Q & A along with Youth, Preschool and Children activities begin at 6:30 p.m. With active and growing children and youth ministries, men and

women's ministries, outreach ministry and music ministry, there is a place for everyone at Eastside Baptist Church. We offer a four day week preschool program, August - May. Our online ministry is growing as a work in progress with the website at www.claxtonchurch.com.

Pictures of the food bags and water filtration systems being delivered through home visits. This is love in action because these items were provided through the Fund the Need Giving Tree here at Eastside!

We're hoping to send another shipment and are so close to our goal of 40 of each. It's not too late to make a difference.

And peep the magnets on the table that our senior adults made during VBS! These were placed in each food bag, and the remaining magnets will be shared with teachers at local schools.

God is moving. You can see it in these images. You can feel it in the generosity of His people. Thank you, Eastside, for being the hands and feet of Jesus. ❤️

Guatemala Mission Team Update 🇬🇹

Our team gathered at 2:00 AM this morning to begin their journey to Guatemala! We’re thankful to report they arrived safely at the airport at 5:15 AM and are on their way to serve.

We’ll continue to share updates as we receive check-ins throughout the week.

Most importantly, we ask our Eastside family to join us in prayer. Every time this mission trip comes to mind, pause for a moment and ask God to move in mighty ways. Pray for safe travels, open hearts, meaningful connections, spiritual growth, and that Christ would be glorified through every conversation and act of service.

Thank you for covering this team in prayer. We can’t wait to see what God will do in Guatemala this week!
