Our children’s section has been hit really hard over the last couple of weeks. We really need help restocking, especially since school is starting soon.

Our normal donation times are Monday and Wednesday from 1-5pm and in Tuesday from 10am-noon. We will also be receiving donations on Saturday, July 25, from 10am-noon.

Please make sure the clothes are in good condition with no rips, stains, odors, or pet hair.

Students K-12….it is time for our yearly challenge for you guys. We are challenging you to promote kindness & generosity to your peers/classmates. If you are up to the challenge read the rules below.

RULES FOR OUR CHALLENGE:
Age: Kindergarten through The Class of 2027

Date of Challenge: July 11-29

Challenge: Grab your Parent/Guardian, two or three trash bags(label the bags: Trash, The Well, and another favorite organization of your choosing), a positive attitude and head to your closet and drawers.

Any of your clothes or shoes that have spots, holes, funny smell, that are stretched out of shape, or have stains toss them in the trash bag.

The clothes, shoes, and belts that no longer fit you or you no longer wear, toss those in The Well bag. Be sure they follow the Montgomery County School code!!

Any items that are left that you need to purge, toss in that third bag.

We are targeting sizes 4t up through adult plus size/big and tall.

Donation Days & Times:
Saturday 7/11 10am-noon
Monday 7/13, 7/29, & 7/27 - 1pm-5:30pm
Tuesday 7/14, 7/21, & 7/28 - 10am-noon
Wednesday 7/15, 7/22, & 7/29 - 1pm-5:30pm

Please do NOT leave your donations outside!

Location: 224 Union Street. The Clothes Closet is located on the back side of the building under the metal stairs.

Goal of Challenge: To provide your peers in this community with great clothing to start out the new school year.

Alternative Challenge: While you are out shopping for your new school clothing, shoes and accessories; pick up an extra outfit in the same size you are getting for yourself. Then come drop it off at The Well.

Extra Challenge: Get your friends to do this challenge with you!

Reminder that tomorrow is the day to help fill our food pantry so that we can serve our neighbors. We will be receiving donations between 10am and noon. Thanks for loving your neighbors!

We need your help! The demand for help from our food pantry has more than doubled over the last few weeks and we need to restock to be able to serve our neighbors.

In order to be able to help the hungry, we are asking for donations of the following specific items. All items are the size you would use in your home kitchen. We do NOT need items for our hot meals. Please help us be most efficient by donating only the items on the list.

You can drop these items by The Well on Saturday, June 13, from 10am-noon.

Green Beans or Canned Green Vegetables

Corn/Assorted Vegetables

Rice

Dry Beans

Canned Beans

Canned Fruit

Canned Meat/Fish

Canned Soup

Cereal

Peanut Butter

Jelly

Spaghetti Noodles or Macaroni

We are serving our meal outside to-go on Memorial Day. Our Clothes Closet will be closed on May 26.

We need men’s tshirts, shorts, and shoes. We also need girls and boys summer clothing.

Drop off times are Monday and Wednesday from 1:00-5:00pm and on Tuesday from 10am-noon.
