More Than a March, It’s a Movement of Love. We come together to show the world that every life, at every stage, is worthy of protection and celebration.

PRAYER TO THE HOLY FAMILY

Heavenly father, you have given us a model of life in the Holy family of Nazareth. Help us, O Loving Father to make our family another Nazareth
where love, peace, and joy reign
May it be deeply contemplative, intensely Eucharistic, and vibrant with joy.

Holy Family Pray for us.

During this final week of Advent we rejoice in the endless love that God has for us, which is made apparent in the birth of his Son. We reflect on the good news of God’s love brought to us from the angel Gabriel. This is the last week to prepare our hearts for the joy of Christmas. Are you ready?

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”

–John 3:16

This third candle is pink and symbolizes rejoicing. During the third week of Advent we are filled with joy for the near arrival of Jesus on Christmas day. This Sunday is often called “Gaudete Sunday” as we reflect on the joy the shepherd’s felt at the birth of Jesus. How is Jesus inviting you to experience greater joy this Advent?

Today, the Church celebrates the Feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, Patroness of the Americas and Star of the New Evangelization.

In 1531, on the hill of Tepeyac, the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to St. Juan Diego—a humble Indigenous man—and left behind one of the greatest miracles in the history of the Church: her image, imprinted on his tilma. Through this miraculous sign and her tender message of love, an entire culture was transformed. Within a decade, nearly nine million people came to embrace the faith, making it one of the most astonishing evangelization movements in Christian history.

Our Lady of Guadalupe continues to inspire hearts and call people to her Son throughout the world today. Her message of compassion, unity, and conversion still resounds powerfully across cultures and generations.

Today is the Solemnity of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
During this feast, we honor Mary as the Mother of God and her important role in salvation history. We look to her example as she gave her yes to God doing His will in her life. Mary is the perfect example of living a holy life as she devoted herself to caring for her family and raising Jesus.
Mary is known as the “Theotokus” or God-bearer as she gave birth to Jesus who was both human and divine.
Mary, Mother of God, pray for us!

During this second week of Advent, we reflect on our lives and focus on becoming better-versions-of-ourselves in preparation for Jesus’ coming. We remember the journey Joseph and Mary took from Nazareth to Bethlehem. What has your journey toward Christmas been like so far?
