Family Life Center Hilldale Baptist Church Family Life Center On Sunday contemporary worship services are held at 11am with small group classes (L.I.F.E.

The FLC is an extension of Hilldale Baptist Church and offers a full fitness and recreation facility Mon - Sat with monthly memberships open to the community. The fitness center includes weight room, cardio deck, walking track, 2 full size basketball courts, game room, racquetball court, daily group fitness classes (Zumba, Step, Sculpt & Tone, Circuit, Senior Adult, etc), boot camp classes, personal trainers and seasonal sports leagues.
