Thanks so much to the Back to School Blast team at Jackson Methodist Church for sharing backpacks filled with supplies and to Bombas socks for their annual sock donation. Because of their kindness, we were able to add some hoodies for the kiddos and delivered the bags to 16 children in need. Additional backpacks were also shared with our Columbia School district for students in need. Communities working together is a blessing for all.

As of Tuesday, you have donated 3,449 items from our Blue Wagon list for our weekly family in need food deliveries. You have already broke our record of 3,000 items and we have one more week to go. It's Vegetable week...corn, green beans and tomatoes OR anything that is on this list. Thank you so very much for supporting this program.

Wednesday evening, Alicia McEllis from Our Lady of Fatima SVdP and myself each received a large donation of Bombas Socks which we will share with our Families in Need during the Christmas season. Special thanks to the Bombas Sock Hop committee for accepting our application to participate, to Bomba's Corp donation program and especially to Sandstone Congregational Church for organizing and hosting this event.

Cannot thank you all enough as I share that as of Tuesday, we have received just under 2,900 food items from this list. Best drive ever and we still have 3 more weekends to go. Any item at any time as these are the non perishables we use each week for our families in need. May God bless you all for your generosity.
