Clarinda Awana Club

Clarinda Awana Club Clubs meet on Wednesday evening. The Clarinda AWANA Club page has been created to promote the AWANA Club in Clarinda, Ia.

AWANA Clubs is an international, non-denominational, Bible-centered youth organization providing weekday clubs and programs, designed to reach boys and girls with the gospel of Christ, and train them to serve Him. This page will be used as a communication tool to keep leaders, parents, and students informed of upcoming events, theme nights, cancelations, etc.

Many of you have likely heard that AWANA is officially done 😥. Our hearts are sad, but also filled with hope for the new. Jesus is the way, the hope, the truth and the life… John 14:6. Therefore, we have hope as we look forward to what God has in store next. Please keep planting the Word of God in your children's hearts. Thank you to those who have reached out and volunteered to help. We will stay in touch as we look toward the future and what God has planned for the kids in our community.

Hi everyone! Many have asked about Awana this year. I wanted to give an update…we’ve had a large drop of volunteers and little interest to fill positions this year. Because of this, we are looking at the real possibility that the program Awana will be done. With that said, we have been praying and seeking the Lord on direction and His plan for the future. Stay tuned for more info soon!

Reminder AWANA awards night is tomorrow May 17th @ 7pm. Have your kids wear their vests or shirts if they have them. Looking forward to celebrating the end of the year with everyone!
