What's Up Everyone? If you haven't met her yet, this is Annie - who happens to think she is queen of the Lodge.
Just popping on to say hello and we hope everyone is staying cool today. Ed has been installing our room air conditioners this morning...earlier than we expected to!

We are plugging away on the new ministry and bakery space and things are looking so good. Ed finished the baseboards and trim yesterday and now it's onto the floors and hooking up the propane oven.
We are still waiting on our commercial licensing for the bakery, which hopefully won't take too long. Prayers appreciated on that!

Have a beautiful day, and remember that you are deeply loved, known, and seen by our Heavenly Father.

A beautiful evening and we can’t wait to have you back!❤️

Good Morning!
A reminder that tomorrow evening at 5pm, we will be hosting House of Hope NH for a night of worship and testimony.
Our dear friend Candice will be here to lead us in song.
Let us know if you can make it!
We'll enjoy a potluck dinner together to start off the evening.

We are so excited to announce that on Sunday, May 3rd , Phyllis and Bill Phelps will be with us from House of Hope NH.

House of Hope NH is a faith based program providing hope for women overcoming addiction. Phyllis will be sharing about their ministry and the impact they are having on so many people every day. Several woman from this beautiful, live giving program will be sharing their stories and testimonies.

We've had the opportunity to spend time with the Phelps and to hear their heart for God and the women in their care. We first learned about them and their ministry while attending a special evening at Remix Church about a year ago.

This night will be potluck style, of course! We'll enjoy a meal together and then soak in all that God is doing through this ministry. This is open to all, and we hope you can join us.

Today's food at our dinner church was especially pretty so of course I had to take a pic😊. Ed shared about the Holy Spirit and how He is a gentle guide in our lives. During our discussion, someone talked about how we have to take time for stillness and quiet in order to hear his voice...such a good reminder.
I'm thankful for the steadiness and faithfulness of God. He always guides, always hears, and never fails.
We had the extra blessing of our friend Candice (and her sweet daughter Georgia!) being here today to lead us in song...it's always so special when she can come down. Thank you, Candice.💛

Please know that you are always welcome to join us for dinner church. We'd love to have you!

Hello! It's been a blur since we last shared an update, but wonderful things are happening!
Ed finished the plumbing to the new bakery/ministry space and we now have running water - woohoo! We had someone here testing the water today, the next step needed as we proceed towards our commercial food licensing. Ed also plugged in our new bread oven and I've been practicing and learning how it works....umm, so much fun!

We are still doing weekly pre-orders for our bakery and people come to the porch on Friday to pick up. Can I just say, we are meeting so many incredible people! We've kept that going since the summer farmer's market ended.

There is a new store in Claremont called The Apiary - there are almost 40 vendors renting space in the store - artisans from all over stocking the shelves with incredible items like pottery, wood working, paintings, floral arrangements, local honey, essential oils, homemade soaps, the list goes on. There are also 3 bread makers and we are one of them! It's been a whirlwind since the store opened and the response to our fresh milled bread and baked goods is overwhelming. It's opening up so many new doors for us into the community. Food connects, real bread connects... As we share about whole grains and fresh milled flour, it's only natural that it will continue to lead to conversations about the Bread of Life.

FB asks what's on my mind? Today's Dinner Church is on my mind, thank you for asking😁
People around the table, eating together, talking about the goodness of God, diving into the Scriptures, sharing burdens, listening, sharpening one another, exploring what it really means to follow Jesus and to be a light to everyone around us.

I snapped this picture because it was such a sweet moment. Everyone said they had to leave, but then a few got into another deep discussion and I think another hour passed by before we even knew it.

I love where God has brought our ministry and how He is working in the small. We're not a flashy group, but we are the real deal, talking about a REAL God. We're not about being known, but we are all about making known our incredible God.

Please know that there's always more room at our table❤️

A HUGE shout out to Mark, our Azure Standard driver this month! He's been through so much this week with the snow storm and icy driving conditions - from a big delay in New York on Monday, to an accident on 93 yesterday morning. It wasn't his fault and we are all so thankful that nobody involved was hurt, a miracle really. Even with all his delays, he showed up cheery and in great spirits this morning.
Also, another huge shout out to our whole Azure co-op! What an incredible group of people. So many pitched in today and showed Mark extra appreciation with tips and goodies. Today marks ten months (11 drops!) of Azure deliveries! And to think some people said we couldn't make this work here!
Thank you, Mark for making this drop happen today so that we could all get our orders! (I'll admit I was sweating it out a bit this week, waiting on all my bakery supplies😅).
If you haven't heard of Azure (based out of Oregon), be sure to check out their website at azurestandard.com. You place your order monthly, and the truck delivers to the Runnings parking lot in Claremont. My husband and I started this local co-op with Azure so that we could get all our organic products for the bakery - wheat berries, honey, olive oil, good salt, and many many other things. We also shop through them for some of our family groceries as well. You can buy bulk or in regular sizes for almost everything. I love to buy and support local whenever I can, but when I can't, Azure is an amazing choice.
Again, thank you Mark and thank you everyone in our co-op! Big side bonus of running this group- we have met, and continue to meet, incredible people!

Happy Sunday!
Throwback to the time here that Katie shredded her sled going down our hill, and Rachel caught some air...both ending up with sore tailbones for quite some time 🫣. The good news is that all of our tree stumps are now GONE off the hill and trees are cleared to make quite an incredible sledding hill. Katie got to test it out a couple of weeks ago and approves!

Now, if it would just snow some more so we can have an epic sledding party. (don't tell Ed I said "more snow") 😂

Wishing you all a wonderful and Happy New Year! In many areas, we had to put a pause on ministry events in 2025 while construction got underway for our new ministry space. It was an intentional pause, to ensure that the few things we did keep going were done faithfully and well. One of the main things we kept going was our Dinner Church, which is thriving and we're so grateful! We are a couple of months away from opening our new space which will double as a bakery space and groups/events space. It's really so exciting and we can't wait to share more with you.

The past year has been both wonderful and exhausting. We consider the bakery very much an arm of our ministry - we've gotten to know more people in our community through this than ever before- and we are so thankful for all that the Lord has done and is doing through it. From it's start, our hands have been wide open; we only want what He wants in this, and we're trying to keep pace!

We pray you each have a wonderful New Year. Thank you to everyone who prays for us and encourages us in so many ways.
