SOME THINGS TO CONSIDER

Remember that only through Christ can we regain that which we lost because of our own foolishness and sin. Live for God and be perfect, innocent, and sinless.
Once we come to truly appreciate and understand the magnitude of the great sacrifice that Jesus made on our behalf, we should live obedient God pleasing and God serving lives as long as we are privileged to dwell here upon God’s wonderful creation.
The consequences of man living in rebellion to God has filled our world with darkness and despair, and every evil, corruptible, and soul destroying sin that permeates our society today.

LIFE IS A GREAT BLESSING

In the last few months three friends have died,
While others celebrated the anniversary of their birth;
My friends now gone and those that are now older,
Have helped make my life pleasant here on earth.
How blessed we are to have family and friends,
Who daily share their love and enrich our life;
Who help us to experience peace and joy,
While living in this world of confusion and strife.
As we live our life thousands of people we meet,
Some oh so brief while others remain much longer;
The length of time each is involved in our life,
Matters not but each serves to make us stronger.
Friends, acquaintances, co-workers, and neighbors,
Are all involved in the life we are blessed to live;
And while we might never fully grasp or comprehend,
Each person in our life does true blessings give.
Our God in heaven created us to be a social people,
He never intended for mankind to live in isolation;
This truth is proclaimed throughout the Bible,
Especially in the recorded history of man’s creation.
Living life exposes one to a multitude of challenges,
With each bringing at least one lesson to learn;
For each of us growing in strength and knowledge,
Is something that we should desire and yearn.
Our life is a journey we are truly privileged to take,
A journey with valleys and hills up and down;
When we walk in God’s light as we take this journey,
We will be rewarded with eternal life and a crown.

What a wonderful Back to School Bash! ☀️💦

We had such a fun afternoon of swimming, laughter, fellowship, and making memories together! It was wonderful seeing our children and families enjoying time with one another as we get ready for another school year.

A big THANK YOU to everyone who came, helped, brought things, watched over the kids, and helped make the afternoon so much fun. We appreciate each and every one of you!

As our children head back into a new school year, we pray that God will watch over them, guide them, and help them grow in wisdom and faith. ❤️

SOME THINGS TO CONSIDER – 8-31-26

The time we spend serving the Lord is an investment in our future. This is a truth that many Christians seem to have forgotten. Notice what the word of God says; “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not” (Gal. 6:9).

Remember Judgment Day: The Appointment is Certain, while The Date is Unknown.

Our attitudes and actions today lay the foundation for tomorrow’s happiness or distress.
