We’re Hiring: MTC Kidz Director

Mountain Top Church is looking for a passionate, dependable, and Christ-centered leader to join our team as our MTC Kidz Director.

We are looking for someone who loves Jesus, loves kids, and has a heart to help children grow in their faith in a safe, fun, and meaningful environment. This position will help lead and develop our kids ministry, build volunteer teams, create engaging Sunday experiences, and partner with parents as they disciple their children.

At Mountain Top Church, we believe the next generation matters deeply. MTC Kidz is not just childcare — it is ministry. Every Sunday is an opportunity to help kids know God, love His Word, and experience the love of Jesus in a way they can understand.
