We were able to take our youth on a trip to Springville, Alabama a couple weekends ago, and we had such a wonderful time. The fellowship was sweet, the meeting was powerful, and we enjoyed some good food along the way. 🍽️

The accommodations were excellent, and the people there did such a great job taking care of us. We’re truly thankful for such a refreshing and memorable trip! 🙏

What a blessing this weekend!
We were honored to celebrate Bro. McGough’s 90th birthday at the church. So thankful for him, his faithfulness, and the sweet fellowship we shared.

Bro. and Sis. McGough have been pillars in our church for many years—steady, diligent, and always serving with a humble spirit. Sis. McGough is one of the strongest women we know, standing right there beside him through every season.

Ninety years is a milestone few reach, and it was a joy to gather as a church family and show them just how much they mean to all of us.
We love you both, Bro. and Sis. McGough!

🍂 Fall Fest & Trunk-or-Treat Blessings 🍁

What a wonderful time we had at our Fall Fest and Trunk-or-Treat! From the laughter of the kids to the smiles of the families who came together, it was a sweet reminder of how blessed we are. We’re thankful for the cool breeze of fall, for the joy and fellowship we share, and most of all—for the family we have in Christ.

A special thank-you to everyone who helped make it happen — those who organized, decorated trunks, prepared games, handed out candy, and put the music together. Your time and effort made the evening one to remember!

It’s moments like these that remind us how good God has been to our church family this season. 🍁

🙌 Honoring Our Seasoned Examples 🙌

We want to say a big thank you to the core and key people of our church — the seasoned examples who continue to lead the way with faithfulness, joy, and love. Your steady walk and willingness to be involved are such a blessing to our younger generations and to the whole church family.

With hearts full of thanksgiving, we also honor the history and foundation you’ve helped build — a legacy that continues to guide and strengthen us today.

The OGC Youth had the blessing of going to Nacogdoches for a youth meeting — and what a time it was! 🙌 The Spirit of the Lord filled the place, and each of us came home encouraged and uplifted. One of our church members, Brother Blake McClure, even got to direct the huge band, and it was so beautiful. 🎶 We’re so thankful for God’s guidance every day. Special thanks to the church, youth leaders, and pastor for the beautiful building, the food, and everything that went into making this meeting such a blessing. ❤️

A Wonderful Night at Gospel Chapel Church – Terrell, Texas

Our youth group took a trip to Terrell, Texas for a one-night church service at Gospel Chapel Church, and what a blessing it was! The church was absolutely beautiful, and the warm hospitality made us feel right at home. We’re so thankful for the delicious food, the kind fellowship, and the great time we shared together in the Lord.

✨ A Special Night at OGC ⭐️

A little while back, our church family gathered for a Christmas program 🎶❄️ that brought plenty of smiles, good fellowship, and a sweet time together.

One thing that made it extra special was having our county judge at the time join us in the audience. It was an encouragement to see friends from our community come alongside and share in the evening.

OGC Explorers Zoo Trip 🦓🦒🐅

Our Old Gospel Church Explorers had an exciting day at the zoo! From roaring lions to playful monkeys, we got to see God’s amazing creation up close. The kids had a blast exploring, learning, and spending time together.

We’re so thankful for the safe travels, great weather, and the chance to make memories as a church family. It’s a joy to see our younger ones growing in friendship and faith while having fun!
