Hi everyone, you haven't heard much from us in a while. But we are still here and going strong. Now that the new Horizon Texas Conference is in place we have begun working with the conference leaders on the future possibilities for our Oasis group. There are many things to look at for that future, but it seems very promising. Thank you all for your prayers and support, keep it coming. We are looking at an exciting year ahead.

What great fun was had with our church family at FUMC Ft Worth!!

Not many people would drive 90 miles from home to attend a weeknight potluck. However, these First Church members made the trip from the Cisco area to attend the Good Ol' Fashioned United Methodist Potluck in Wesley Hall! Join us tomorrow for the final potluck of the summer. Dinner starts at 6 pm in Wesley Hall.

We had wonderful day of worship and fellowship this past Sunday. Rev. Phyllis Barron from the First United Methodist Church - Fort Worth, Texas came to worship with us and serve communion for us. She also brought a surprise with her, several of our friends from FUMC Ft. Worth also came to worship and fellowship with us. What a great day!
