We are an intergenerational Chri
stian community sharing a journey that never ends. We encourage one another to live fulfilling lives as Jesus gives us the unique power to do. We strive to please God by trusting in Him in all we do and say. Each Sunday we gather in a sacred space we call the Sanctuary. There, we celebrate God’s purpose for the human race. This celebration centers on singing together songs of praise and timeless hymns, in our blended worship, to our Spiritual Father, learning and remembering the promises of Jesus, and growing in our ability to love deeply. Messages inspired by the Holy Spirit remind us that we are in a war to rescue hearts from the destructive forces of real evil. This evil lives within us and outside of us. It pursues us spiritually, emotionally, and physically.Its goal is to keep us from believing that living “good” lives is the ultimate prize, when God’s Words reveal that we are destined for “greatness.”
History of Circleville Church
In 1841 a small number of Christians began to meet in a school house near to Circleville.They believed that slavery violated God’s plan for us to love one another no matter what our ethnic origins. Their numbers grew and the present Sanctuary was built a short time later. Additional building projects over the years have aided in the church’s ability to serve the community through Christian education, sports, and musical outreach events. Circleville church, NY. Today, we still believe God’s dream is to see children of all ages and from all ethnic backgrounds living, praying in song and words, and playing together in harmony. It is a joy to be a part of God’s plan to build and rebuild great families. We are a community that believes it takes a Christ-centered home to prepare children to be builders of great families. We are always ready to welcome others who desire to join God’s Team in His efforts to reveal the “greatness” planted in each of us by the Holy Spirit.
