The Rev. Justin Grimm has been elected to a six-year term as bishop of the Saint Paul Area Synod! He currently serves as the synod's director for evangelical mission and assistant to the bishop for congregational vitality, a position he’s held since 2015. He previously served as lead pastor at Advent Lutheran Church in Lake Ann, Mich., after first serving as the mission developer. He is a graduate of Northwestern College, Iowa and Luther Seminary. He was ordained in 2005. Bishop-Elect Grimm will succeed The Rev. Patricia Lull, who is completing her second term as bishop. An installation service will be held Sept. 13.

As a congregation rooted in God’s love through Christ, Our Savior's is a community of disciples working together to make an impact in the world around us. Each of us has been gifted with skills, talent, and abilities that when shared can make a difference in the lives of others. It takes all of us working together to make ministry possible.

We do much of our shared work through Ministry Teams, but there are times when a particular skill or experience is needed to accomplish the tasks at hand, or when the Staff, Council, or Ministry Teams have expressed a need for assistance in specific roles.

Whether it be joining a Ministry Team, sharing your skills for projects, or volunteering for specific needs around the church, you can find opportunities here for service, community, and connection, while deepening your walk with God.
