Dear Community Leaders,
With the 2024 Presidential Election nearing, the Hamilton County Board of Elections is launching a new voter outreach initiative, BOE Connect, to help inform residents of Hamilton County on how elections are run, provide voting resources, and ensure voters can conveniently exercise their right to vote. The BOE is requesting your assistance, as community leaders and trusted sources of information, to help spread the word and get Hamilton County ready to vote!
On the new BOE Connect website (Click HERE) voters can find a voter toolkit, sign up for a “Behind the Ballot” Tour, print Future Voter Ballots, request staff or materials for an event and more.
An integral part of this initiative is to connect with voters in person at community events. If you have an upcoming community event (festival, parade, picnic, etc.) and would like to have a BOE Connect team on-site to staff an information table, please let us know by putting in a request through BOE Connect or email us at [email protected]. We will do our best to accommodate your requests.
The BOE website and BOE Connect webpage have many helpful resources for Hamilton County voters. Please share this information through social media, community e-newsletters, bulletin boards, etc. If you would like a supply of printed materials for your community’s municipal building, please let us know.
