Today, we pause to remember and honor the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country. Memorial Day is more than the start of summer or a long weekend—it is a sacred reminder of sacrifice, courage, and love for others.

As we gather with family and friends today, may we also take time to reflect with gratitude for those who laid down their lives so that we could enjoy the freedoms we often take for granted.

At LifeSpring Christian Church, we are thankful for every service member and every family who carries the weight of that sacrifice. We pray for peace, comfort, and strength for those remembering loved ones today.

“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” — John 15:13

May we live with grateful hearts and never forget.

We had a great Sunday service! Our lead pastor, Tim Dunn, spoke on how Joshua stepped into leadership with fear and promise colliding. God’s command is clear: be strong and courageous, for He is present. This week we step forward together into what God has prepared. Act courageously in obedience, trusting God’s presence.
