(WODMFI) is not a denominational organization. Our purpose is to strengthen senior leadership by providing spiritual covering and covenant relationship. We also endeavor to promote unity by tearing down all barriers- cultural, denominational, gender and socio-economic. WODMFI promotes interdependency among senior leadership, while encouraging each ministry to maintain it’s own uniqueness. Therefor

e, this fellowship is not a governing body, nor is it intended to serve as an overseeing entity. The expectation is that each leader operates under the Will and Discretion of God. WODMFI operates with the highest level of integrity and excellence. We believe the Holy Bible to be the blueprint providing us with instructions to live a holy and consecrated life above reproach.
