📖 A NEW SERMON SERIES BEGINS THIS SUNDAY! ⛪

Join us at Mission Baptist Church as Pastor Rains begins a new series of messages from the book of Haggai!

📖 “What About the Lord’s House?”
Haggai 1:1–11

God’s people had made their own homes a priority while neglecting the Lord’s house. Through Haggai, God called them to consider their ways and examine their priorities.

As we begin this new series, we’ll be challenged to consider the place God holds in our lives, the consequences of putting Him second, and the importance of making His work a priority. Are we putting the Lord first in our lives and giving His house the attention it deserves? 🙏

🕙 Sunday School for all ages – 10:00 AM
🕚 Worship Service – 11:00 AM
🕕 Evening Service – 6:00 PM

Come worship with us this Sunday as we open God’s Word and begin this new series together. We’d love to have you and your family with us! ⛪📖

👦👧 Children’s Day at Mission Baptist Church! ⛪

This Sunday, we’re excited to have a special Children’s Day as our children take part in the 11:00 AM Worship Service!

As we come to the final lessons from our journey through Nehemiah, Pastor Rains will bring the message:

📖 “Some Last Lessons From Nehemiah”
Nehemiah 13:15–31

As Nehemiah returned and found the people drifting from what God had commanded, he confronted areas of disobedience and compromise. These final lessons remind us of the importance of honoring God, guarding our lives against temptation, and understanding that our choices have consequences.

It will be a special Sunday as we worship together and encourage the next generation to follow the Lord and His Word. 🙏📖

Youth Sunday at Mission Baptist Church! ⛪

This Sunday, we’re looking forward to having our children take part in our 11:00 AM Worship Service as Pastor Fitzpatrick brings the message:

📖 “Out of Place”
Exodus 32:1–8, 15–20

As Moses was on the mountain, the children of Israel became impatient and turned to something they could see and worship. This passage reminds us how easily we can replace what is right with something that is convenient—and the importance of staying where God wants us, faithful to His Word.

We’re looking forward to a special Sunday with our young people and church family! 🙏📖

🕙 Sunday School for all ages – 10:00 AM
🕚 Youth Sunday Worship Service – 11:00 AM
🕕 Evening Service – 6:00 PM

Come worship with us and encourage our young people as they take part in this special Sunday!

⛪ Join us this Sunday at Mission Baptist Church!

As we continue our journey through the book of Nehemiah, Pastor Rains will bring the message:

🐱 When the Cat’s Away… 🐭
Nehemiah 13:1–14

After Nehemiah had been away from Jerusalem, problems began to develop among the people and even within the house of God. His return brought a renewed commitment to God’s Word and a cleansing of things that had been allowed to compromise their worship and service.

This message reminds us of the importance of staying faithful to God’s Word, guarding against compromise, and keeping our hearts and God’s house dedicated to Him. 🙏📖

🕙 Sunday School for all ages – 10:00 AM
🕚 Worship Service – 11:00 AM
🕕 Evening Service – 6:00 PM

Come worship with us this Sunday as we continue through Nehemiah and learn the importance of remaining faithful when no one is watching.

We’d love to have you and your family with us! ⛪
