Holy Trinity Eritrean Orthodox Church belongs to the Oriental Orthodox Churches. Although "Eritrean" in our apostolic heritage, HTOC works hard to be multi-ethnic. Most of our services, including the celebration of the Divine Liturgy on Sunday morning, is conducted in English. HTOC also had classes on Friday evenings and a summer day camp.

We were blessed to be able to do the Anaphora of Saint Basil during this week’s Divine Liturgy, calling the faithful to reverence, humility, and attentive worship.

In the Week of Infirmity of Great Lent, Deacon Samuel reflected on the man bound by chains—reminding us that our sins and struggles can bind us the same way. But Christ calls us to healing. This Lent, let us not remain chained, but come to Him and be made well. ❤️‍🩹

Yet how often do we rush for everything except the Eucharist?
As families, let us not delay what is eternal.
Let us prepare ourselves for the Holy Mysteries with reverence and urgency.
