Tom Price shares his experience at the Fayetteville Technical Community College:
"Bill Legg and I had an amazing, God-blessed time at FTCC on Wednesday the 10th from 10AM until about 2PM. We’ve never had so many people at one outreach express such a real interest in the things of God. Many of those we spoke with showed real conviction of their sins. Because several of you have expressed interest in our witnessing experiences and pray for the needs, I want to start giving you more info regarding each person God sends our way.
Thank you for praying for the following people:
A.J.—Tried religion at one time but it “didn’t work” for him. We shared the true gospel of Christ and gave him a One Second After You Die booklet.
Brandon—He’s religious but lost. He took a lot of literature. Pray the Holy Spirit will speak to him through it.
Jonathan—We gave him a tract and he came back later very concerned that according to the tract he was a liar, a thief, and an adulterer at heart. He’s living with a woman with whom he constantly has arguments and fights and can’t figure out why. His mother has spoken with him about uneven yoking, but now he’s more concerned because he’s not truly saved. Pray he will call (as he promised to do) for a follow-up conversation, or that he will simply repent and trust in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Tony—He has a ministry to the homeless in downtown Fayetteville. Pray the Lord will give him direction and the resources he needs.
Lavonia—Pray for her family’s needs to be met, and the possibility that she has ovarian cancer. She attends Southview Baptist.
Robert—An agnostic biology student who “ate up” everything we had to tell him about how the Bible’s creation view fits with what we see in the world around us. He was truly excited by what he was hearing and took literature on the truth of the Bible and the truth of creation. He was raised in a Christian home. Pray he will come to know the Lord Jesus Christ.
Ashley—She is a pantheist (one who believes God is “in” and “part of” everything, therefore worshiping the creation rather than the Creator.) We shared the gospel and some follow-up literature.
Taylor—A young u***d mother who is likely not saved. We gave her a tract and encouraged her to read her Bible daily." Tom Price
