Fall Rummage Sale 2026 will be Friday, November 13 from 1-6
and Saturday, November 14 from 9-2.

Donations are being accepted NOW!

Items we can take at this time include clothing, household and kitchen items, linens, books, tools, decor items, toys, and more! Items should be relatively clean and in working order (with all their pieces). The recommendation is “If you wouldn’t give it to your grandma, then we don’t want it either”. Please tell your friends and neighbors that their items are also accepted. More information to follow as the date approaches.

NOTE: Donations can be left on the stage during church hours. If possible, give Judy a heads up. If outside church hours, contact Judy to arrange drop-off.

BLITZ SALE – Sept 12
Mark your calendars for September 12, from 9-2. PRPC is having a BLITZ sale.

We have an overwhelming amount of some items for the rummage sale. The plan is to have a one-day event to sell these items. They include:
• BINS of children’s clothing: especially 2T and under in great shape. Nothing over 50 cents.
• 3 Tables of Temp-tations cookware. Goes from freezer to oven. Nothing more than $10.
• Honoring Red Hat Society. You don’t need to be a member, but if you are, you will be in awe! Or if you like red hats, this will be the place to be. Also, racks of QUALITY dresses, outfits, shirts in the Red Hat spirit. If you are a size 12, you will find dinner dresses (even gowns) and everyday wear. Priced to sell.
The Caring Place is helping with the sale, but a few more volunteers will always help.

The Mission Committee thanks our very generous congregation for all the donations of backpacks and school supplies.
The Assistant Principal told us that every single donation is used and the teachers, staff, and students truly appreciate them!

In addition, the Mission Committee members would like to say that we will greatly miss our hard-working committee member, Mary Jane Bogart.

MEET YOUR NEIGHBORS – June 14, 2026

Pleasant Ridge Presbyterian Church is kicking off a monthly Meet Your Neighbors series, and the first get-together is just around the corner. Whether you're new to the neighborhood or have lived here for years, this is a great chance to put some faces to names and start building real connections.

🏘️ Do you live on Parkview, Beacraft, Bellewood, or Douglas Terrace? Come meet the people right around the corner! Of course, everyone is welcome.

Pleasant Ridge Presbyterian Church is joining our neighbors for the Pleasant Ridge Pride Celebration, June 5–7. This community-wide event brings together residents, local nonprofits, restaurants, businesses, and faith communities for a weekend of activities, including a Human Library, a Rainbow Run benefitting Lighthouse LGBTQ Youth Services, a Wine Gathering, Teen Movie Night, and more. At its heart, Pride is a celebration rooted in dignity, inclusion, and welcome for all of God’s people.

It is a reminder that every person is made in the image of God.
