This is a very powerful and reassuring message. Jesus is warning us things are going to be hard this side of heaven but He reassures us it’s going to be okay because He has overcome the world!

I have trouble wrapping my mind around Jesus dying for all of us. I have a completely different and more overwhelming reaction to the fact He died for each of us. In other words, Jesus dying for all of human kind blows my mind. Jesus dying for me takes my breath away and makes me cry (happy and very grateful tears).
