With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of one of St. Luke Baptist Church's devoted servants, Sis. Gladys Tatum-Stewart.

Sis. Stewart faithfully served on the Trustee Board for more than 33 years, including many years as Chairperson. Elected to the Trustee Board in January 1993, she served faithfully until her passing on June 20, 2026.

Throughout her years of service, Sis. Stewart worked tirelessly to support and strengthen St. Luke Baptist Church. Whether behind the scenes or leading important efforts, she generously gave her time, talents, and love to the church. Her steadfast leadership, unwavering dedication, and servant's heart have left a lasting legacy that will never be forgotten.

We thank God for her life, her legacy, and her many years of faithful service. Please keep her family and our church family in your prayers during this time of bereavement.

"Well done, good and faithful servant." — Matthew 25:23

Last Sunday was Youth Sunday, and our young people did an absolutely amazing job leading the service! From the prayers to the praise, their energy, dedication, and love for God truly blessed the entire congregation.

The message for the day was “The Fire Had No Power” - Daniel 3:19–25.

We are so proud of our youth and grateful for how God is moving in their lives.
