Meet Chris Conlin, Equipping Ministries International’s new Executive Director!

Chris is stepping into this role alongside his wife, Victoria Conlin, who will serve as Ministry Operations Manager.

A message from the Conlins:
We are deeply thankful for the ways God is showing up in this new season. We’re especially grateful for the Wavles and their faithful leadership of EMI over the past few years. They stewarded this ministry with care, humility, and love.

As we head into 2026, EMI is stepping forward with renewed clarity and purpose. Our heart is to help you experience everyday discipleship.
