We closed out this SALTS session with a great meeting. We look forward to a great VBS and will meet monthly for fellowship during the summer! We will resume weekly meeting at the beginning of the school year. There are some missing from the photo, but we thank all of the parents and students for your faithfulness.

A great big thank you to our army of volunteers who made this year's community meal outreach so successful. We shattered our previous record of meals served...628 meals served to our neighbors. 187 of those meals were delivered to people in the community. 81 bags of groceries were sent out. We have also been able to share several hundred pounds of non perishable food with Helping the Homeless. Thanks to our partners: BBQ Gives Back, the dedicated BBQ cook teams the KCBS judges and the members of HBC for your donations. Thank you Lord for calling us and enabling us to serve.

We are grateful for our church members and all those who answer the call! Our Waterview Fire Department was extra busy Friday afternoon protecting our beautiful gathering place...Isaiah 6:8 Then I heard the voice of the Lord asking: Who will I send? Who will go for us? I said: Here I am. Send me. Thank you Lord for those who serve. ( thanks also to the deputies arriving with their fire extinguishers, you are a blessing)
