McPheeters Bend Missionary Baptist Church is a place to belong, believe, and become. Everyone is welcome at The Bend! In 1784 , Samuel McPheeters, Sr.

We are passionate about worship, discipleship, and serving our community with the love of Christ. and his wife, Margaret , were given a land grant of 300 acres south of the Holston River . They had come from Virginia to settle in the area now known as McPheeter's Bend . Sometime before or around 1800, McPheeter's Bend Missionary Baptist Church was started . The church was formally constituted and

accepted in the Holston Association in 1803 . This group of believers gathered to worship , witness ,and serve .They had a vision to reach the community for Jesus Christ ! Praise God that now over 200 years later we still have the same goals ! We would love to have you come worship with us ....Sunday School 10:00am Morning Worship 10:55am Wednesday Evening Worship 6:00pm

🌟 Illumination Station VBS – Night 4 Recap! 🌟

What an amazing night at VBS! Tonight we learned that Jesus is the Proven Son of God. Through His life, miracles, death, and resurrection, Jesus proved exactly who He said He is!

💦 Water Night was a HUGE success! From water balloons, to Slip and Slide Kickball, to making memories with friends, we had an absolute blast celebrating together.

🎉 Parents, don't forget! Tonight is our Commencement Celebration! 🎉
🕠 Kids should be dropped off upstairs at 5:30 PM as we prepare for the program.
🕖 Our Commencement Celebration begins at 7:00 PM, and we can't wait to share everything the kids have learned this week as we've shined a light on who Jesus really is!

Thank you for making Illumination Station such a wonderful week. We look forward to celebrating with you tonight

🌟 Illumination Station – Night 3 Recap! 🌟
What an incredible third night at VBS! Last night we discovered that Jesus is the Powerful Son of God! Each night, we're shining a light on who Jesus really is, and we can't wait to see what God has in store for the rest of the week!

Bring A friend, Clothes you can get wet in, A towel, A big smile and ready-to-have-fun attitude!

We can't wait to see everyone back at Illumination Station for another exciting night of learning, laughter, and making memories together! ✨☀️🌊

✨ Night 2 at Illumination Station VBS was another incredible evening! ✨

Tonight we discovered that Jesus is God’s Perfect Son and learned more about who He truly is. We also had a blast painting our shirts that will glow during our big Friday night celebration! 🎨💡

✨ What an incredible first night at Illumination Station VBS! ✨
What a great start we've had at the Bend! From exciting Bible lessons learning that Jesus is God’s Promised Son, fun games to music, crafts, and lots of laughter, our kids had a wonderful time shining the light on who Jesus really is. 💡❤️

We are so thankful for every child, volunteer, teacher, and family who made Night 1 such a success. Seeing kids learn about God's love and grow in their faith is what VBS is all about!

There's still plenty of fun ahead, and it's not too late to join us. Classes are available for all ages, including adults. Dinner begins at 5:30 PM and VBS starts at 6:00 PM each evening through Thursday.

We can’t wait to welcome everyone at 5:30 PM for an exciting week of fun, worship, Bible lessons, games, food, and more!

There’s something for everyone with classes for all ages—including adults—so bring the whole family and invite a friend to come along.

This week at Illumination Station, we'll be shining a light on who God really is and discovering the truth of His love, power, and faithfulness.
