Sunday’s message:

Emotions are fleeting, they come and go quickly. It is dangerous to make emotional decisions, because even though the emotion may go away, the consequences will not.

Ephesians 4:26 “be angry and do not sin”

Sometimes we are justified in feeling the way that we feel, but we are never justified in sinning as a result of those emotions. The damage we can do while angry, stressed, happy, sad etc. is still very real. So we must be careful with our actions. Let us not make decisions that will impact our lives and potentially hurt others on temporary emotions.
