Church cleaning day! 🧹🧽🪣❤️

It was all hands on deck today! We cleaned, scrubbed, organized, moved furniture, tackled classrooms, cleaned windows, and worked inside and out. When we say everyone got involved, we mean EVERYONE! 😂

There’s something special about seeing people come together and take care of the Lord’s house. It may not be the most glamorous job, but when everybody pitches in, laughs together, works together, and gets it DONE, even cleaning day can be a blessing.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who showed up, worked hard, and helped today. We appreciate each and every one of you! ❤️🙏

What an incredible Saturday with our church youth! ❤️

Our lesson focused on how God takes ordinary people and uses them in extraordinary ways for His glory.

We talked about Peter, who was simply a fisherman before Jesus called him to become a fisher of men. We also looked at other men and women throughout the Bible who were ordinary people, yet God used them in mighty ways because they were willing to follow Him. It was a reminder that God isn't looking for perfect people. He's looking for willing hearts.

Our team-building game challenged us to work together as we untangled ourselves, reminding us that following Christ and serving others is something we're not meant to do alone. Through communication, patience, and encouragement, we accomplished the task together.

Of course, we also enjoyed a delicious taco bar and ice cream bar, plenty of laughter, and wonderful fellowship!

We are so thankful for every young person who came and can't wait to see how God continues to work in each of their lives. Remember: God can take an ordinary life and do extraordinary things when it's surrendered to Him. ✝️❤️

What an incredible weekend with our church youth group! ❤️

We had the best time spending the weekend together, making memories, laughing, growing in our faith, and enjoying God's beautiful creation. It was a blessing to see everyone having such a great time, and Easton loved every minute of it too!

Our main lesson throughout the trip was "What is a testimony?" We talked about how everyone has a story, and the Bible is filled with countless testimonies of God's grace, mercy, faithfulness, and redemption. Every testimony is different, but each one has the power to encourage others and point them to Christ.

Our prayer is that these young people will never be afraid to share what God has done in their lives. You never know how your testimony might be the very thing someone else needs to hear.

Thank You, Lord, for a safe trip, sweet fellowship, and the opportunity to invest in the next generation. We are thankful for each and every one of these young people and can't wait to see what God continues to do in their lives. ❤️🙏🏻

Due to unforeseen circumstances, Horse Creek Mission Church Youth will no longer be participating in a fundraiser at Pizza Inn in Greeneville, Tennessee. As a result, the fundraiser will not be rescheduled.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate everyone's understanding and support. Thank you to everyone who shared our posts, planned to attend, or expressed interest in supporting our youth ministry.

We look forward to seeing you at one of our future fundraisers and truly appreciate your continued prayers and encouragement as we serve the youth of Horse Creek Mission Church.
