Move your phone up and down and side to side. Keep moving it fairly fast for 5 seconds.

Now stop.

Focus on the image.

How much clearer did things become when everything stops moving?

This is a lot like our lives. We live in a world that is constantly moving, constantly demanding our attention, and constantly filling our minds with distractions. Yet God’s invitation remains the same: “Be still and know that I am God.” Psalm 46:10.

A special thank you to Manny for bringing us this timely word this past Midweek. He shared how this passage unfolds layer by layer:

Be still and know that I am God.
Be still and know that I AM.
Be still and know.
Be still.

With each layer, distractions are stripped away until all that remains is Him. Sometimes knowing God doesn’t begin with striving harder or doing more—it begins with simply becoming still enough to recognize His presence.

When we quiet the noise, we begin to know the great I AM—the God who has always been present, the God who still speaks, the God who still heals, and the God who is enough.

Tomorrow at 10:00 AM, there’s an opportunity to set aside two hours from the busyness this world has to offer. An invitation to come, be still, and focus on what He wants to say to you. We hope you’ll join us.

Yesterday in service, Pastor T shared something powerful — if you’ve ever felt like nobody cares about you, just looking at the Field of Heroes reminds us that the very opposite is true. The Field of Heroes represents the 7,086 men and women who have died in support of the Global War on Terror since 9/11, including 98 with ties to Idaho.

Today we remember and honor all the men and women who gave their lives for our freedom. Their sacrifice reminds us that freedom has always come at a cost, and that price was paid for you and me.

As we reflect today, we also remember Jesus Christ, who gave His life for all mankind so that through Him there is hope beyond the grave and the promise of eternal life by His side.

Take time today to reflect on the freedoms we so often take for granted, the sacrifices made on our behalf, and the incredible love shown both on the battlefield and at the cross. 🇺🇸✝️

Life gets busy, and sometimes the weeks can feel heavy. One of the best ways we can encourage each other is by coming together, letting iron sharpen iron, and allowing the Holy Spirit to move in and through His people. See you tomorrow 🤍

We’ll see you tomorrow morning for Mother’s Day!

Moms, this one is for you—come be loved, celebrated, and completely taken care of. We’re serving up a pancake breakfast from 8:30–9:30am, and your whole family is welcome to come and enjoy it with you.

Let us do the serving so you can just sit, eat, and be honored for all you do. 💛

See you in the morning!

🔔Bloopers hit halfway through the reel
😂 Watch ’til the end.

Tomorrow night is our LAST Rock Solid Couples before summer break — Friday at 6:30.

We’re talking about the highlight reel vs. the hidden struggles… and what happens when things in marriage don’t actually feel like they’re getting fixed.

Real relationships aren’t just the polished moments we post for the world to see. Not every season looks picture perfect. But healthy marriages aren’t built by pretending everything’s fine — they’re built by showing up, being honest, and growing together in the Lord.

So come hang with us. Laugh with us. Learn with us.
See you engaged or married couples tomorrow night at 6:30pm. Also… it’s Italian food night 🍝 so bring your favorite dish to share!
