Awards Night is this week at Awana!!! It is so hard to believe the year is already coming to an end. We have had a blast and are extremely proud of all our clubbers and how hard they have worked to complete their books!

We wanted to let you know how tomorrow night will go. All clubbers should report to the following locations by 6:30 PM:

• Puggles finished up and received their awards last week and will not meet tomorrow night.
• All Cubbies and Sparks should be dropped off in their normal rooms.
• T&T Boys (3rd/4th) will meet in Room 207
• T&T Girls (3rd/4th) will meet in Room 201
• T&T Boys (5th/6th) will meet in Room 204
• T&T Girls (5th/6th) will meet in Room 206

At the end of the Awards Ceremony, dismissal will take place in the Great Room.

Once dismissed, you’re welcome to take pictures using the Awana backdrop, and Cubbie Bear will be floating around for photos too!

To-go snacks will be available to grab at the end of the ceremony, and the playground will be open to enjoy (weather permitting).

We’re excited to share that tonight at Awana we will have Club Parties! It’s a fun time for the kids to celebrate all their hard work throughout the year.

If your child would like to bring something to share with their class, please be mindful of major allergies, including peanuts, tree nuts, and other common allergens. We appreciate your help in keeping all of our clubbers safe.

This is also the last week to finish books, so please encourage your child to complete any remaining sections.

This week is Family Picnic Night at Awana!

We would like to start the evening with a family picnic gathering. Feel free to bring supper for your family to the church tomorrow and enjoy fellowship with other families from 5:30–6:30 PM, prior to the start of Awana. So far, the weather looks great, so it should be a wonderful time under the picnic shelter or by the playground.

It’s hard to believe we are nearing the end of another Awana year! Just a reminder: clubbers only have three Awana nights left to complete their books before the Awana ceremony!!!

Tomorrow is Leader Appreciation Night at Awana!

Our leaders faithfully serve each week, investing their time, energy, and hearts into teaching and encouraging our clubbers. We are so thankful for each of them and the difference they make!

We would love for clubbers to take a moment to show their appreciation. This could be as simple as saying “thank you” or making a small thank-you card to give to their leaders during club time.

Thank you for helping us celebrate and encourage those who serve so faithfully!
