🎉⛺ CAMP DAVID: GIANT SLAYER TRAINING CAMP 2026 – WHAT A FINALE! ⛺🎉

Today was the perfect ending to an incredible week as we celebrated our Community Fun Day! From the laughter of children to the fellowship of families and friends, it was a beautiful day filled with food, fun, games, and memories that will last a lifetime.

As we officially close the chapter on Camp David: Giant Slayer Training Camp 2026, our hearts are filled with gratitude.

A very special thank you to St. John Church of Christ Disciples of Christ, under the leadership of Pastor Russell S. Wilkins, and Spirit and Truth Cathedral of Fresh Fire, under the leadership of Apostle Cederick L. Moore and Co-Pastor Courtney Moore, for partnering together once again to make another year of Vacation Bible School an overwhelming success. Kingdom collaboration is truly a beautiful thing!

Special appreciation goes to Elder Theresa Canady and Felisha Canady for your outstanding oversight, leadership, organization, and direction throughout the week. Your commitment did not go unnoticed.

To every teacher, volunteer, staff member, security team member, and worker who gave your time, talents, and heart to serve—thank you! Your dedication helped create an unforgettable experience for every child, youth, and adult who attended.

To everyone who worked tirelessly to ensure we enjoyed delicious meals each evening—thank you!Your labor of love nourished us all.

A special thank you to Norvia Jennette and Colab With God for designing our amazing VBS t-shirts. They were a perfect representation of this year's vision and helped make Camp David even more memorable.

And a huge thank you to Bishop Marcus Miller and Jocekyn Clark for blessing our Community Fun Day by providing the bounce houses and water slide! Your generosity brought smiles, laughter, and excitement to so many children and families.

Most importantly, we give all glory, honor, and praise to God for every life impacted, every lesson learned, every prayer answered, every volunteer strengthened, and every giant defeated. We believe seeds were planted this week that will produce fruit for years to come.

🎉⛺ VBS CAMP DAVID – NIGHT 4 RECAP! ⛺🎉

What a way to end an AMAZING week! 🙌🏽

Our final night of Camp David: Giant Slayer Training Camp was nothing short of incredible as 123 children, youth, adults, volunteers, and staff gathered together for one last unforgettable evening of worship, learning, fellowship, and fun!

There may not be many pictures from tonight, but that's because everyone was too busy having an incredible time making memories, building relationships, and growing in Christ! Sometimes the best moments are the ones that aren't captured on camera—they're captured in our hearts.

This week has truly been a blessing, and we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to every volunteer, teacher, staff member, cook, security team member, and everyone who served behind the scenes. Your sacrifice, dedication, and love helped make this week an overwhelming success. We couldn't have done it without you!

While VBS classes have come to an end, the celebration isn't over yet!

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the All Authority Youth Convention has been postponed.

We know many of you were excited and preparing to attend, and we appreciate your understanding and continued support. While the event is being rescheduled, our mission remains the same: to raise up a generation equipped, trained, and sent for the Kingdom of God.

🔥 VBS CAMP DAVID – NIGHT 3 RECAP!🔥

What an incredible third night at Camp David: Giant Slayer Training Camp! Although our attendance dipped slightly from the previous night, 98 campers, volunteers, and staff filled the building with energy, laughter, worship, and a hunger for God's Word. We are beyond grateful!

Every night has been a reminder that it's not just about the numbers—it's about lives being impacted. We witnessed children, youth, and adults engaging in worship, building friendships, growing in faith, and learning that with God, every giant can be defeated!

From exciting activities and meaningful lessons to delicious food and unforgettable moments, Night 3 was another victory for the Kingdom. We are thankful to every volunteer, teacher, kitchen worker, parent, and participant who continues to make this week so special.

One more night to go! Let's finish strong and believe God for an even greater outpouring as we close out an amazing week together.

🔥⛺ VBS NIGHT TWO RECAP! ⛺🔥

Camp David: Giant Slayer Training Camp continues to be an incredible experience!

We had 115 in attendance!! To God Be The Glory!

Night Two was filled with excitement, laughter, worship, powerful Bible teaching, engaging activities, delicious food, and lives being impacted by the Word of God. Every class—from our youngest campers to our adults—continued learning what it means to trust God in the face of every giant.

The energy was high, the fellowship was genuine, and the presence of God was evident throughout the entire evening. We are grateful for every camper, volunteer, teacher, and staff member who continues to pour into this week and help make Camp David such a success.

Each night, we're not just having Vacation Bible School—we're raising up a generation of Giant Slayers who know that with God, no obstacle is too big to overcome!

🔥⛺ WHAT AN INCREDIBLE FIRST NIGHT OF VBS! ⛺🔥

Camp David: Giant Slayer Training Camp is officially underway, and what an amazing start it was!

St. John Church of Christ, Disciples of Christ and Spirit and Truth Cathedral of Fresh Fire came together for an unforgettable first night filled with worship, fellowship, Bible lessons, great food, fun activities, and the power of God's Word.

🙌 We were blessed to have 92 attendees on our very first night! What an awesome move of God!

From our youngest campers to our adults, everyone entered camp ready to learn how to become Giant Slayers through faith, courage, and complete trust in God.

A heartfelt THANK YOU to every volunteer, teacher, kitchen staff member, parent, and participant who helped make Night One such a tremendous success. Your love, dedication, and servant's heart are making an eternal impact.
