Sunday May 10

Hi everyone--This Sunday, May 10, Wildwood will honor motherly women in our lives. Marcia Rose will kick off the circle discussion with the question, "How did your mother or mother figure have an impact on you?" You might share a memory, show a memento or a photograph, etc. All stories are welcome. We will enjoy brunch together as we share our thoughts. Bring a dish to share if you can but join us with or without a dish in hand. Hope to see you at 11:00. Cyndie

Here is information for Easter Week ahead!

March 29, Palm Sunday: service at 11:00 with palms, Communion and a message by Rev. Karen. On Zoom and in person.

April 3, Good Friday: The church will be open for prayer and contemplation. Spiritual readings will be available. Please use the door at the top of the ramp.
We have also been invited to join a Walk of the Cross, organized by two Brandon churches. Meet at noon at the Brandon Methodist Church. The group takes turns carrying the cross to the Brandon Catholic Church where a short service takes place. Contact Jane at [email protected] for more details.

April 5, Easter Sunday: service led by Rev. Karen at 11:00 on Zoom and in person. After the austerity of Lent, it’s a joy to fill the church with color. Please bring whatever flowers you like and take them home to enjoy afterwards. Coffee hour is expanded to include whatever can be eaten with fingers or fork. Bring a dish to share if you’re able but stay for brunch regardless.

Hi everyone--There will be no service at Wildwood tomorrow, Feb. 8, due to extreme cold and blowing snow. It's disappointing being at the mercy of the weather but we hope you all have a cozy day with some time for quiet pleasures. Bev Anderson, our scheduled pastor for tomorrow, will be with us next Sunday, Feb. 15th. We hope you can join us then. We will also do our annual Souper Bowl collection next week, so you have time to round up more change to donate. It will all go to Rutland Neighbors at RMC to benefit the homeless and hungry. Cyndie

Hi everyone--Due to the extreme cold and expected snow, we will not hold a service at Wildwood this Sunday, Jan. 25.

On February 1st we will be back in church and on Zoom. Rev. Karen will be preaching and including Communion.

Please join us then. Now for a few announcements aimed at the locals::
Feb.1: Meeting after church to discuss info for the Chit-Chat, additionally at 1:00 pm: Jan Sotirakis from Chittenden Cares will join us for an update on the food shelf project.

Feb. 8: Souper Bowl collection to fight hunger in our community. Check all your hiding places and round up lots of change for this annual donation. Folding money is welcome too. Let's collect more pounds than ever!

Hi everyone--There will be no service at Wildwood on Dec. 28th. We hope to see you all in 2026 beginning with Sunday, Jan. 4th at 11:00.
