🌾 An August Blessing 🌾
May God bless these late summer days—
the golden fields, the warm afternoons,
the gathering of family and friends,
and the work of faithful hands.
May He give strength for the tasks before us,
peace for the things we cannot control,
and grateful hearts for the blessings we sometimes overlook.
As summer begins to turn toward harvest,
may we remember that God is present in every season—
planting hope, growing faith, and gathering us together in His love.
May the Lord bless you and keep you throughout this beautiful month of August. Amen. 💛

In the month of August, we will continue to worship together as Milk River Churches. We will worship at the Chinook Presbyterian Church at 9a and gather for coffee and fellowship after worship. Please gather with us as we glorify God through scripture, prayer, song and praise.

What: Milk River Churches Vacation Bible School - Faith and Fun!
When: July 13-15th (9:30-11:00 AM)
Where: Chinook Sweet Park (next to the Pool)
Who: Incoming Pre-K through 5th grade
Why: “Let the little children come to me”
(Matthew 19:14)
Jesus welcomed children with open arms, and so do we! Join us for Vacation Bible School where children will grow in faith, build lasting friendships, and discover the incredible love God has for each one of them!

June Greetings from American Lutheran Church of Chinook. This weekend we honor all the fathers in our lives. Please join us in honoring those great men and above all our Lord, the Father Almighty.

"Heavenly Father,You have bound our earthly fathers to us in an echo of Your own divine care. Thank You for their diligence, their protection, and the security they provide that teaches us about Your unconditional love. We humbly implore You to bless all fathers, grandfathers, and father figures. Enfold them in Your grace, and grant them strength, wisdom, tenderness, and patience as they guide their families. Fill their hearts with Your compassion so they may serve as strong role models of faith. Establish them in peace and joy, knowing that their fatherly labors fulfill Your command. Bless also those for whom this day is complex—single fathers, foster and adoptive fathers, those who mourn the loss of a father, and those with broken or strained relationships. Enfold them all in Your enduring love. In the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. Amen."

Two great events happening tomorrow, April 27th!!!

Monthly Veterans Dinner at American Lutheran Church from 5:30-7:00. ALL are welcome, not just Veterans. Come share stories and wonderful company! This happens the last Monday of every month!

Bell Choir Recital at 7:00 PM at Chinook Presbyterian Church, Chinook, MT!!!!

Come enjoy a wonderful Salisbury Steak dinner and then enjoy some great musical entertainment afterwards.
