Weekend update!

Saturday morning we awoke to a beautiful couple of inches of snow and some bitter cold wind. However, we were warm.
After a Cereal Bar breakfast, Haileah led us in a mask making activity. The inside is how we see ourselves/what goes on in our mind/thoughts about ourselves. The outside is what we portray to the world.
After an excellent soup and sandwich lunch, Susan led us in a session of controlling our thoughts. The story of the butterfly and the struggles they endure to become a butterfly.
We had some free time (aka nap time for several… no pix will be posted … I promised 🙄) and facial and hair sessions 💆🏻‍♀️💅🏻
Evening arrived with a delicious breakfast for dinner. Bacon, waffles, cinnamon rolls, French Toast bake 🤤. We closed out the evening with some amazing worship with Kasey & Emily of Forsaken Hero 🙌🙌 (videos on separate post).
Sunday morning brought more 🧇. Followed by Vicki’s session. We talked about a “heart reset”. We ended that session just in time to worship online with our church family. Excellent message today by Justin.

This afternoon we’re “chillin”, resting, and preparing to head off the mountain later in time to arrive at Comma.

We’ve had a wonderful experience on this mountain top retreat. I pray these beautiful woman are aware how much they are loved. May God use each one for His Glory. And may we all be open to allow Him to use us.

Weekend Retreat!!
We began with a 3 group scavenger hunt. Got to our Mountain Retreat and enjoyed an afternoon of absolute beauty and sunshine while playing a few games.
Evening consisted of our friend Angela Gentry coming and showing us some calming techniques. Dinner was steak, chicken, baked potatoes/sweet potatoes, rolls, salad, and a multitude of desserts.
The ever lovely and extremely talented Cindy May ended our first night with some amazing worship.
We awoke this morning to a beautiful snow ❄️

This past Saturday our girls hosted the 2nd Annual Christmas Market. Proceeds from the vendor space rentals will go towards our 2022 Spring Retreat.

It was a success and we are grateful for the turnout
