Someone who have contacts with Entergy, please help us to identify the name and number of the utility company that recently did some work in the city of Chidester and left ruts all over one side of our lawn and the railing around the porch damaged. The mayor gave me a number to call, we did that, (Thank You Sir) the gentleman with Entergy called and assured us that this would be taken care of. (Thank You Sir) They came and haphazardly put the steps back and that was all that they did. I would not feel safe using them). The front porch barrier is still down and is asafety hazard. The lawn is a risk of causing ankle injuries and falls. Maybe we need to retain a lawyer to get this problem rectified. This is a non profit ministry that gives out food on a monthly basis to designated clients. We rely solely on quarterly donations from churches. Someone help us please.
