The Church of God was integral to the beginning of this organization. One of church movements who ordained women to ministry from the very start.

It is with great pleasure that Wesleyan Holiness Women Clergy (WHWC) announces that the Global Methodist Church has become a Denominational Partner with WHWC. WHWC is an organization built on partnerships with like-minded denominations. We have a long history of collaborating with a variety of our sister denominations to empower, equip, and encourage women clergy. Our current sponsoring denominations are Church of God (Anderson), Church of the Nazarene, Free Methodist Church USA, The Salvation Army, and The Wesleyan Church. Global Methodist Church Bishop Carolyn Moore has participated in previous WHWC Conferences and is excited for the opportunities for connection that membership in WHWC will provide for women clergy.

There were over 800 attendees registered for our 2024 conference. The next biennial conference will be held in Minneapolis February 23-25, 2026, where we hope to fellowship with over 1000 Wesleyan-Holiness participants. As we look into the future, the Global Methodist Church will help us to continue in our mission as we seek to reach more women clergy and to share our optimistic Wesleyan-Holiness theology with the world. Rev. Dr. Patti Molik, who serves as pastor of Malta Ridge Methodist Church in New York, will join the WHWC Board, and the Global Methodist Church has appointed Donna Mills to the WHWC Conference Planning Committee and Samantha Corbin to the WHWC Communications Committee. Their expertise, knowledge, and network will be an asset to WHWC in this season of ministry.

My life verse is Daniel 4:1-4. If you know me, you know that I live to tell of the signs and wonders that the Most High God has done for me. This organization is one of those wonders. I have seen women who are seeking their purpose find their call, who are lost in their journey find their way, and who are succeeding in ministry coaching and encouraging their peers. Our next conference will celebrate parakaleō, this coming alongside, encouraging, exhorting, comforting, and strengthening of women clergy for the building of the Kingdom of the Most High God.
