Copper Door is located in Chico, California at the base of the Sierra foothills ,and in the heart of California's agriculture. Our flagship spirit, Red Rover, is a unique California Crafted Whiskey that is surprisingly smooth, with flavors not yet tasted in other whiskies. Recently, "The big guys with the crown" have attempted something similar, but.....we stand alone We are creating Charisma also

. We think you'll like going Incognito...Incognito Gin. Kaleidoscope Eau de Vie, starting with plum..and on June 24th, We will harvest estate grown walnuts for our version of Italian style Nocino. A walnut liqueur. The tradional date, the Feast of John the Baptist. Walnut pickers needed!

2013 is our year...or will be. If my motivation gets low, I want all y'all to keep me going. i have an investor in place, a new still planned and a manufacturer ready to build it. just need that location (location, location) to do it all. My flagship products is ready to be made, and a handful more itching to be introduced.....Can't wait to open "The Door"
