This week we have seen progress in the creation of goat's milk dairy products. I have attempted various mozzarella recipes, and this week's batch has yielded exceptional results. Last week, we produced 12 sticks of butter, and tonight we used some of it to make a delicious goat's milk American cheese loaf. We are thankful for the many blessings in our farm! This weekend has been filled with a range of activities, including picking up more alfalfa for the goats, assembling quail cages and racks for hatching this week, spending quality time with our grandkids, celebrating Noah's birthday, changing oil, and marveling at the beautiful Oklahoma sunset. We are blessed beyond measure. More to come next week on our testing out clabber!

Today, we successfully cream-separated a few gallons of goat's milk. I have been raising goats for years, but this is my first time cream-separating. Key takeaways include: 1. The milk from my goats is remarkably white, resulting in white butter. 2.
