We are getting excited!!!! Our first day of camp is a week away!!!

My name is Ruth Shivy. I’m 22 years old, and am a lovely middle child. I have a deep love for God’s creation and His creatures. I’m looking forward to serving Camp New Dawn to make this year of camp a wonderful experience for everyone.

My favorite superhero is probably Black Widow or Green Arrow.

We need you! This week is Camp New Dawn Helping Hands week (yes, I just came up with that). We have a few projects that we need to get done before campers arrive next week. We are here all week, so if you have some time throughout the week to come help, reach out to us here or let Alan know. We'll have all of the materials needed.

To end our week of volunteer fun, we'll be having a workday on Saturday, June 6th at 9am and we'll provide lunch. Hope you can join us!

My name is Joanna! I am 20 years old, and I am 1 of 7 children. I enjoy spending time outdoors in God's beautiful world. I am looking forward to seeing God use Camp New Dawn to be a blessing to others and for all of the time outside.

My favorite superhero is either Hawkeye or Wonder Woman.

This is going to be my 4th year working at camp! I am an EMT and play bass on my church’s worship team! I’m looking forward to everything at camp, but I’m most excited to get to feed the animals and to go caving! My favorite superhero is Doctor Strange.

Meet your summer 2026 staff!

Hello! My name is Aaron and this is my first year working at Camp New Dawn. I’m really excited to get to have a great summer at camp and most importantly to help the campers to get a deeper understanding of who Christ is. I play drums for my church and hope to pursue a career in the audio, music and film industry. My favorite superhero is Spider-Man and I can’t wait to see what the Lord is going to do!
