June is Pride month & we are so excited to invite you to our 5th annual community Pride Sunday!!

We will gather for a community celebration of God's unconditional love for all their beloved children! Our theme, Love is Louder, embodies the testimony of Jesus and calls on the Church to be faithful siblings to one another – friend and stranger – for the sake of love. Let’s root ourselves in the spirit of Jesus’s call to love our neighbors as ourselves! Come and be transformed by love!

Join us on June 14th at 10am at Edgebrook Community Church. Following the service, we will also host a Pride Party with a special pop-up from locally and LGBTQIA+ owned, October Cafe!

It was a double Confirmation Sunday this morning in Edgebrook! Congrats to all 6 of our confirmands - Sadie, Liliana, Brooke, Ava, and Lauren were confirmed at Edgebrook Covenant & Estelle was confirmed at Edgebrook Lutheran. Many blessings to you all as you continue your lifelong faith journeys!

Shout out to our 13 youth who sacrificed a night of sleep to hang out all night at the Enchanted Castle lock-in with the Metropolitan Chicago Synod this past Friday! Hope you all have caught up on your sleep by now!

Worship with us this Sunday!!

Join us this Sunday for an ecumenical Youth Sunday service led by Edgebrook Youth Together. We will be gathering at 10am at Edgebrook Covenant Church.

*please note, we will NOT be having our regular 8:45am/11am worship services or Sunday School/Confirmation classes this Sunday. So please join us at 10am for worship!

Huge thanks to all who joined EYT this past Saturday at JPUSA. We had a great day of service learning with Cornerstone Community Outreach. Located in Uptown, Chicago.

Our youth did an incredible job cleaning and reorganizing the basement of the shelter and helping the kitchen serve lunch. Then participated in a group equity exercise to better understand the systemic issues that create homelessness. The staff at the shelter were incredibly thankful and gave many great reviews of the enthusiasm and work ethic of our youth!
