When you know who has the power, who gave you the victory, and who showed you the way, you realize that it was God who carried you all along.
As I look back over this journey called life, through all the attacks, disappointments, and lies that came my way, I am reminded of God’s promise:
“No weapon formed against me shall prosper.”
All the days of my life, even when I was running from my calling, God was still pursuing me. No wonder I was short-winded and weary. I finally realized that you cannot run from God, and you cannot hide from God.
But the moment I stopped running away and started running toward Him, everything changed. I discovered that it was never me winning the battles. It was the Lord fighting for me all along.
That’s why the Word of God reminds us:
“The battle is not yours, but God’s.”
Today, I am putting it all in God’s hands and leaving it there. I choose peace over worry, faith over fear, and victory over defeat.
Because when God is in control, I can walk through the storm without being consumed by it. I can face challenges without losing hope. I can stand strong knowing that the same God who brought me this far will continue to lead me forward.
God has covered me, kept me, protected me, and guided me. For that, I give Him all the glory, all the honor, and all the praise.
The battle belongs to the Lord, and the victory belongs to His children.
