I've tried both ways when disputing inaccurate info. The mail which is cheaper will get there. Certified letters cost àbout $4.00, they acknowledge when they received your request. Basically you have receipts to you disputes.

My credit score was a 620 in June and went to 488 in August. I have to show you the journey over credit usage, and payment history and how it plays a role. So, my score went up this month 22 points making a payment on one credit card. Now I'm at a 510 . I will update threwout the process once I get these 2 key areas down
