🙌Many gathered last week in front of our state capitol to participate in the March for Life on the feast of Saint Joseph. It was a grace-filled occasion, witnessing so many come together in faithful witness to the dignity of every human life. Truly, it is a blessing to march for the protection of life from conception onward. Life is a gift. 🌟

The bill is on Governor Pritzker's desk and his decision is imminent.

St. Norbert and Our Lady of the Brooks hosted a delightful Parish Respect Life Evening, bringing together neighboring parishes to share victories and ideas as a larger Respect Life Family. Special thanks to Maureen Garrity, Maureen Hubbs, and the amazing ladies from St. Norbert and Our Lady of the Brook for organizing such a wonderful event!

What a blessing it was to take part in the March for Life in Springfield, IL. Life is a precious gift from God, and we gathered this past week to stand for the unborn—the most vulnerable among us—so that they too, may have the opportunity to embrace the life God intended for them. We also march in love and solidarity with all mothers, affirming the dignity of both mother and child. Every life is sacred, and we are called to cherish and protect them both. 💙🙏

In conjunction with the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, Bishop Mark Bartosic and priests and deacons from around the Archdiocese of Chicago will lead 12 Holy Hours for Life at the St. Josemaria Chapel of St. Mary of the Angels Parish. They need your help! Can you come and join in prayer for an hour onsite? Participation is especially needed throughout the night and into the wee hours of the morning.

This national prayer event will join the nation in solidarity for the hope of changing hearts and minds to build a culture of life, leading up to the National March for Life in Washington, D.C., on January 24.
