The Gnostic Spiritual Church was founded by Lucien-Francois Jean-Maine, with roots in Haiti, France, and Spain. Under the present spiritual leadership of Archbishop Tau Ogdoade Orfeo IV, the church has spread to the four corners of the earth. Ecclesia Gnostica Spiritualis is a church entrenched in Apostolic Succession, with many lineages including multiple Old Catholic and Liberal Catholic, Easter

n Orthodox and Doinel Gnostic lines. There are also pre-Christian and esoteric lines of succession within the High-Priesthood. The church has close ties with the Ordo Templi Orientis Antiqua and the Monastery of the Seven Rays. Many of our rituals are sacramental in nature, and some might be viewed as traditional to the observer. Our doctrine based on the individual direct contact with the spiritual planes, and present work involves initiation and training from Inner-Plane contacts.
