Our wonderful youth group bowling outing yesterday at Bowlero! If you have kids ages 13+, have them join our youth group every Friday for Bible study at 8pm! They can experience monthly Friday fun nights, annual conferences, annual giveback events, sports day, annual soup kitchen, and more! The Assyrian Church of the East Mar Gewargis Cathedral is thrilled to announce our 5th Annual Nusardel Festival!

We warmly invite our entire community to join us for this special celebration of faith, heritage, and fellowship. Mark your calendars and save the date: Sunday, July 12 at Skokie Oakton Park (Oakton & Skokie Blvd).

This annual gathering continues to grow as a meaningful tradition that brings together families and friends to enjoy Assyrian culture, delicious food, music, and joyful moments in the spirit of our ancient faith.

On behalf of our reverend priests, deacons, the Cathedral Committee (Seeta), the Youth Committee, the Ladies’ Auxiliary, the Choir, the Children’s Ministry, and all of the parishioners at Mar Gewargis Cathedral, we would like to congratulate our beloved Diocesan Bishop, His Grace Mar Paulus Benjamin, on the 14th anniversary of his consecration as Bishop.
