You heard the sermon.
You shouted โ€œAmen.โ€
You even felt something in the moment.

But weeks laterโ€ฆ nothing changed.

Have you ever wondered why some people hear the same word and get results while others don't?

The same seed was sown, carrying the same power and the same potency, yet it produced different results because it fell on different kinds of ground.

๐“๐ก๐ž ๐ฌ๐ž๐ž๐ ๐๐ข๐๐ง'๐ญ ๐œ๐ก๐š๐ง๐ ๐ž. ๐“๐ก๐ž ๐ ๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐๐ข๐.

Sometimes, we hear the Word but don't understand it.

Sometimes, we receive it with joy but have no roots.

Sometimes, the cares of this world become louder than what God has said.

And sometimes, our hearts simply aren't prepared to receive what God wants to produce in us.

So perhaps the question isn't only:

โ€œ๐–๐ก๐š๐ญ ๐š๐ฆ ๐ˆ ๐ก๐ž๐š๐ซ๐ข๐ง๐ ?โ€

Every time we come to God's Word, we should be becoming better, seeing better, hoping better and advancing better because we know better.

Don't just hear the Word.
