Today we remember the profound loss and the heartbreaking tragedy of September 11th. The images of that day are etched into our memory, a stark reminder of a broken world where pain and sorrow are realities we all face.

In the midst of remembrance, we also cling to a greater truth. The vision given in Revelation is God’s ultimate promise to us: a future where every tragedy is redeemed, every tear is wiped away, and death itself is defeated.

He promises to make all things new. He promises to dwell with us. He promises an end to the very presence of mourning, crying, and pain.

As we reflect and pray for all those who still carry the weight of that day, we do not grieve as those without hope. Our hope is not in the perfection of this world, but in the one who is coming to restore it completely.

As children of God, we can hold on to our hope of a perfect city where tragedies like this will never happen again.

🎉 “So if the Son sets you free, you will be free indeed.” – John 8:36 NIV 🎉

Today, we celebrate Juneteenth—a day of freedom, remembrance, and hope. As we honor the emancipation of enslaved people in America, we reflect on God’s heart for justice, liberation, and unity. ❤️

Scripture reminds us that true freedom is found in Christ, and as His church, we are called to pursue reconciliation, love our neighbors, and stand for righteousness. Let’s use this day to celebrate progress, educate ourselves, and continue working toward a future where “every tribe and tongue” (Revelation 7:9) lives in the freedom God intended.

🙌 How are you reflecting on Juneteenth today? Share in the comments! ⬇️
