Card of the Day: Limitations
Deck: Oracle of Visions (Ciro Marchetti)
03/01/2026
Original Interpreation: Your Spiritual Path
A winged warrior, exhausted, seemingly defeated, kneels on the altar in surrender. Within reach is a golden sword that could be used to cut her self-imposed binds, which are merely loosely draped ribbons. Behind her is a statue of an eagle in flight on a pedestal. A reminder of where she once was, and what her potential could be again.
When we lose sight of our spiritual heritage and re-enter the world of emotion, ego, and material dramas, we begin to craft the bonds (yet again) of our own perceived limitations, reducing our splendor to simply being a participant and observer of forces we feel we have no control over. We forget that we ARE these forces and choose to manipulate them in ways that diminish us. Whether we feel consumed and burdened, or empowered and purposeful, the universe is happy to oblige. The ribbons are only as tight as we think they are. Spoiler alert: they're not tight at all and easy to cut.
This card is a reminder to step out of all the human-led dramas, both externally and internally, and simply fly free. We were imbued with the gift (should we accept it), of discernment, awareness, intelligence, and the ability to manifest reality from thought. Head to hands. As above, so below. We carry the energy and power of the universe in a contained, thinking vessel. It's time we understood that and shine like our cosmic siblings: the planets, stars, and galaxies. We're star stuff, and we are free.
"For the person with creative potential, there is no wholeness except in using it." - Robert Greenleaf
