Grace, Mercy and Peace to you from God our Father and our Lord Jesus Christ.
The sacred text reveals to us comforting words from our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ found in John 14:1-3, “Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.” Our Lord and Savior encourages the Church that in the day of passing, we will not be lost, we will not be without a home, we will not be without His embrace, but we will be with Him.
Furthermore, on behalf of the entire NACAP World Incorporated, we regretfully announce the passing of our dear friend and brother, The Right Reverend Apostle Javon Bertrand of Detroit, Michigan.
Apostle Javon Bertrand was a founding member of our community, a true lover of God and people! His commitment to the Gospel was seen throughout his years of service. Despite everything that Apostle Javon faced, He continued to sacrificially serve the body of Christ through acts of service, prayer, devotion, and training. Apostle Javon was the epitome of a modern day Barnabas which means encouragement.
Apostle Javon flowed heavily as a prophetic voice establishing doctrine, building believers, and preaching present truth. Apostle Javon’s contribution to the body of Christ was received and transformed many through his exceptional literary compositions, prolific revelation of the sacred text, and devotion to the communion of the saints.
We are deeply saddened by this announcement of our brother and friend who has now passed. We know that we will no longer have our friend in this world. However, we have this hope, that we will see him again in the Church Triumphant.
