Many have asked, are asking, or will ask this question, but very few know how to actually listen and respond to what God wants...

Samuel Group as an 8-week discernment "retreat" with monthly sessions from September through April. It is for young adults (ages 21-39) to receive resources to explore what God might be calling them to do, whether discerning their state of life vocation (married life, priesthood, consecrated life, or dedicated single life), professional vocation, day-to-day decisions, etc.

Each session includes:
• talks
• food and fellowship
• adoration
• confession
• Sunday Mass

We are grateful for another successful Quo Vadis Days camp! Run entirely by our seminarians, our campers experienced dynamic talks about growing in virtue as men, small group discussions, meaningful prayer experiences, including Mass, the Liturgy of the Hours, and lots of outdoor fun and fraternal fellowship.

This summer, Archdiocese of Chicago seminarians joined over 100 other seminarians from across the country for a six-week program hosted by the Institution for Priestly Formation (Institute 4 Priestly Formation). The program began with an eight-day silent retreat and focused on personal, relational prayer as the foundation for identity, discernment of spirits for daily life, spiritual direction, and fraternity in common prayer and communal living.
